I enjoyed the premium relaxation experience created by thoughtful amenities in both the room and spa. The staff members were courteous and provided excellent service. I found the grounds nicely decorated. It added a great buzz to the resort .
I noticed the spa was a bit overcrowded. If you prefer tranquility, visit during off-peak times.

Shepherds Hut Bliss!

I stayed in a Shepherds Hut! It was fabulous. I found the attention to detail top class, from the complimentary mini bar to the bath bombs for the outdoor bath tub. The Dyson hairdryer was an excellent touch! I enjoyed the thermal village and spa facilities among the woodland, beside the river.

i stayed in a log cabin, it was nice and neat. the staff were very pleasant. the spa is a little piece of heaven i found it relaxing.
I stayed in the hotel for one night last weekend. I loved every minute of it. my tab had not been properly closed on check out, and a guest added cocktails on to my tab. Galgorm had zero security measures in place.

I stayed in a Two Bedroom Cottage. The cottage included a private hot tub, which I used daily. The kitchen door had a runner. It kept sticking up so I covered it with a suitcase to prevent tripping.
The towel radiator in one of the bathrooms was not working properly. Showers required using the thermal village changing rooms.
