premium relaxation respectful staff decorated grounds
I enjoyed the premium relaxation experience created by thoughtful amenities in both the room and spa. The staff members were courteous and provided excellent service. I found the grounds nicely decorated. It added a great buzz to the resort .
I noticed the spa was a bit overcrowded. If you prefer tranquility, visit during off-peak times.

The cottage included a comfortable king-size bed and a seating area with a plush sofa, ideal for unwinding after a spa day. Two separate sinks in the bathroom and a rainfall shower added convenience. I found ample storage space and quality linens provided a comfortable experience.

Shepherds Hut Bliss!

I stayed in a Shepherds Hut! It was fabulous. I found the attention to detail top class, from the complimentary mini bar to the bath bombs for the outdoor bath tub. The Dyson hairdryer was an excellent touch! I enjoyed the thermal village and spa facilities among the woodland, beside the river.

The check-in staff were very helpful. I experienced the best service ever. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay, ensuring all my needs were promptly met, and all requests were fulfilled efficiently.

The spa village is amazing! There are plenty of saunas, pools, and tubs. Breakfast in Gillies was excellent with plenty of choice and good quality, i recommend trying this facility at least once .

The surroundings are lovely, with many excellent facilities available. I found the atmosphere amazing! The location offers convenient access to various attractions.

The room was beautiful! It had a really nice bathroom. Everything felt considered and luxurious in the hut. The bed was the most comfortable ever, and the view over the thermal village was really good.

clean log cabin pleasant staff security fault closed tab
i stayed in a log cabin, it was super clean and cozy. the staff were very pleasant. the spa is a little piece of heaven i found it relaxing.
I stayed in the hotel for one night last weekend. I loved every minute of it. my tab had not been properly closed on check out, and a guest added cocktails on to my tab. Galgorm had zero security measures in place.

private hot tub working capacity kitchen door
I stayed in a Two Bedroom Cottage. The cottage included a private hot tub, which I used daily. The kitchen door had a runner. It kept sticking up so I covered it with a suitcase to prevent tripping.
The towel radiator in one of the bathrooms was not working properly. Showers required using the thermal village changing rooms.

customer service immaculate cottage missing chair disappointing food
the customer service was excellent. the cottage was also immaculate. i appreciate that I got what I expected. the staff seemed very kind.
the bedroom was really disappointing. it was a beautiful room and there was NO chair at the vanity desk. also the food wasn't special.
